The students of St. Petersberg school no.349  Russia showed their gesture on the occasion of our 72nd Republic Day by sending the greetings with each student's name on them. This shows the bond of love and patriotism between the two countries. 

A courtesy beyond imagination.

Greenway Modern School celebrated India's 72nd Republic Day virtually wherein the unfurling of the national flag was done by the senior coordinator and students presented different performances like dance, poetry, patriotic song, etc. The patriotism in children could be seen by their energy while performing. The principal and the senior coordinator congratulated the students as well as staff associated with the program. The chief guests from Russia and Korea also wished a very happy Republic Day to us. The virtual function went very well.

A workshop was organized by Greenway Modern school for the students of class IX on 20th January which mainly focused on the TRAFFIC RULES. The session was taken by Mr. Ajay Tomar and SI Sachin Yadav. They had shown the students a ppt as well so that students can understand the situation of traffic better. The  students learnt some new rules of traffic and the session turned out to be very informative for everyone.

Lohri the festival which ushers in the joyous spring and bids adieu to the hard winter was celebrated virtually with exuberance and fanfare by the students of Greenway Nursery School. The mood was upbeat and the children actively immersed in the festive spirit. The little ones we're told about the significance of the festival. 

Teachers held a Popcorn party & children dressed up in Punjabi attire. Pre School students made a bonfire with hand printing & did fingerprints on corn. Pre Primary students did fingerprints on 'Dhol' and made kites with paper. Festivals such as these help to spread good cheer and are welcomed by one and all. A nice way to welcome the New  Year.

A Colgate workshop was organized by Greenway Modern School on 13 January 2021 for the primary wing. The workshop was about oral care and dental hygiene habits among children. The students were very excited and participated enthusiastically in the numerous quizzes and puzzles related to oral health. They learned about the importance of keeping teeth strong from within. They were informed about how Colgate toothpaste helps naturally increase calcium in their teeth and that brushing twice a day for two minutes keeps them clean. Towards the end, the students took a pledge to follow the best oral hygiene practices and brush regularly.
